LAKE JACKSON EAR, NOSE & THROAT PATIENTS

Due to the increasing health threat to our local population by the novel Corona Virus, Covid-19, our office has made the decision to suspend all in-person office visits between 3/23/2020 and 4/3/2020, and longer if needed. Patients will be called personally by our staff and given a new appointment date and time. If that day and time does not work with your schedule, please call us and we will work with you. If you do not check your voicemails regularly, now is the time to start. Our office is not the only one taking these measures.

Our office will have sporadic hours and phone availability during this time in order to help keep our staff healthy.

We have recently moved to a new software that allows us greater ability to contact our patients by using texts and emails. If you do not already have access to our portal (Modernizing Medicine), email us at info@lakejacksonent.com and give us your (or the patient) name, date of birth, cell phone number and the email you want on file. We will be sending out Patient Portal invites, and text and email updates as we can. Once you have access to the portal, we can exchange HIPAA secure messages and even help you reschedule appointments.

Hearing aid patients: if you need supplies during this time, call our office (979) 299-1520, extension 4. We will make arrangements to get you what you need. We will also waive any shipping costs during this time, so that you don’t need to leave home.
